Ibirix collaborated with an education-focused business to develop a custom CRM platform that simplifies and automates institutional workflows. The goal was to create an efficient tool for managing leads, student data, inquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and communications across all departments.

This all-in-one system offers real-time tracking, automated notifications, multi-role access, and analytics dashboards that empower educational institutions to enhance decision-making, increase admissions, and maintain strong relationships with students.

From counselors to admin staff, we designed the CRM to work seamlessly for every user. A clean interface, logical workflows, and real-time data access reduce manual effort and increase productivity. Whether it's nurturing leads or tracking conversions, the CRM adapts to the specific needs of educational environments.

Studied daily operations of admissions, counseling, and student engagement across various institutions to identify key challenges.

Created CRM wireframes and UI designs focusing on usability and clarity for both technical and non-technical users.
